Refund Policy
Last updated: March 26, 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Luvo Pro subscriptions and purchases. Refund eligibility and processes vary depending on which platform you used to purchase your subscription.
This policy is operated by Pranay Kumar Bathini, an individual developer based in Karimnagar, India.
Important: Please read this policy carefully before purchasing Luvo Pro. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Policy Summary
iOS (Apple App Store): Apple's refund policy applies — handled by Apple
Android (Google Play): Google's refund policy applies — handled by Google
Web (India/International): Generally non-refundable; exceptions for technical issues — handled by Luvo
3. iOS (Apple App Store) Refunds
All purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy, not Luvo's.
Luvo cannot process refunds for iOS purchases. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
How to Request a Refund from Apple
Method 1: Report a Problem
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find your Luvo Pro purchase
- Select "Report a Problem" and submit your request
Method 2: Apple Support

Apple's decision is final. Luvo has no control over whether Apple approves or denies your refund request.
4. Android (Google Play Store) Refunds
All purchases made through the Google Play Store are subject to Google's refund policy, not Luvo's.
Luvo cannot process refunds for Android purchases. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Google.

- Tap Menu → Subscriptions

Google's Refund Criteria
Google typically offers refunds for:
- Within 48 hours of purchase — most subscription purchases are eligible
- Accidental purchases
- Technical issues preventing use of the app
- Unauthorized purchases
Free Trial Refunds
If you cancel during the 7-day free trial period (currently offered on monthly subscriptions), you will not be charged and no refund is necessary.
5. Web Purchases (Cashfree/Razorpay) Refunds
General Policy
Web purchases made through Cashfree (India) or Razorpay (International) are generally non-refundable.
This is due to:
- The immediate digital nature of the service — you gain instant access to Luvo Pro features upon payment
- Technical limitations with processing refunds through payment gateways
- Administrative costs associated with manual refund processing
Exceptions
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:
Eligible for refund consideration:
- Technical issues preventing service access that we cannot resolve
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized charges (subject to verification)
- Service not as described
NOT eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Failure to cancel before renewal (web subscriptions do not auto-renew)
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described before purchase
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial refunds for unused time

6. Consumer Protection Rights
EU/EEA Users (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, this right may be waived if you explicitly consent to immediate access to digital content and begin using the Service before the 14-day period expires.
Indian Users (Consumer Protection Act, 2019)
Indian users are protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact us at support@luvo.co.in or file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.
Your statutory consumer rights under local laws are not affected by this Refund Policy. If your local laws provide stronger refund protections, those laws will apply.
7. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refunds
Important distinction:
- Cancellation — stopping future charges (you retain access until the end of your paid period)
- Refund — getting your money back for a purchase you already made
Canceling your subscription does NOT automatically entitle you to a refund. You will retain access to Luvo Pro until the end of your current billing period, and no refund will be provided for the unused portion of that period (except where required by law).
