Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Overview

Luvo operates on a freemium model. The Service is free to use with certain limitations. You can unlock additional features by upgrading to Luvo Pro through a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

This policy is operated by Pranay Kumar Bathini, an individual developer based in Karimnagar, India.

2. Free Plan vs Luvo Pro

3. Pricing

Android & Web — India (INR)

  • Monthly: ₹129/month
  • Yearly: ₹999/year (saves ₹549/year vs monthly)
  • Lifetime: ₹4,999 one-time payment

Android & Web — International (USD)

  • Monthly: $4.99/month
  • Yearly: $39.99/year (saves $19.89/year vs monthly)
  • Lifetime: $99.99 one-time payment

iOS (Apple App Store — USD)

  • Monthly: $4.99/month
  • Yearly: $39.99/year
  • Lifetime: $99.99 one-time payment

Note: On Android and web, pricing is determined by your location (detected via timezone and IP address). On iOS, pricing is set in USD through the Apple App Store and displayed in your local currency by Apple. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

4. Payment Methods by Platform

iOS (Apple App Store)

Payment via Apple In-App Purchase. Billing is managed by Apple. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are auto-renewable — your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To manage or cancel, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

Android (Google Play Store)

Payment via Google Play In-App Purchase. Billing is managed by Google. Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are auto-renewable — your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. 7-day free trial available for new monthly subscribers. To manage or cancel, go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions.

Web (India)

Payment via Cashfree Payments. Accepts credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Web (International)

Payment via Razorpay. Accepts credit/debit cards and international payment methods.

Payment security: We do NOT store your credit card numbers, CVVs, or full payment details. All payment processing is handled securely by the respective payment provider.

5. Billing Cycles and Auto-Renewal

Mobile Subscriptions (iOS/Android)

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are AUTO-RENEWABLE. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price.

Web Subscriptions (Cashfree/Razorpay)

Web subscriptions are NOT auto-renewable. They are structured as individual orders per billing period. You will need to manually renew your subscription when it expires. We will send you email reminders before your subscription expires.

Free Trial (Android Only)

Google Play Store currently offers a 7-day free trial for monthly subscriptions. Available to new subscribers only. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the first month.

6. How to Manage Your Subscription

iOS Users

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Select Luvo

Alternative: Open the App Store app → tap your profile icon → Subscriptions → Luvo

Android Users

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap Menu (three lines) → Subscriptions
  3. Select Luvo

Alternative: Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions

Web Users

Go to Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription to view your current plan, expiration date, and renewal options.

7. Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, you will retain Luvo Pro access until the end of your current paid period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription (except where required by law).

When your paid period ends, you will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan. All your rituals and data are retained — you will simply lose access to Pro features (unlimited rituals, advanced insights, premium themes, etc.).

You can re-subscribe at any time to regain Pro access.

Quick summary: iOS and Android refunds are handled by Apple and Google respectively. Web purchases are generally non-refundable, with exceptions for technical issues or duplicate charges.
